Global Educational Consult Advise School Owners

If your school is struggling to survive don't think many people will believe in its survival.

This period, You are your own cheerleader. You are the only one who believes in your dream when no one believes in it.

See, people will show you those that have started before you but, didn't succeed. They won't show you those that have succeeded.

Your trying moments as a school owner is to learn. Don't close that school for a little setback.

Don't sell your school and regret it later. Let your dreams of starting that school fuel your courage.

What you see as challenges are the experiences needed to become a better school owner. The more the experiences you have got, the lesser the mistakes you will make.

Everyone is being affected by this global pandemic. Plans are shattered. The year's goals is scattered by this pandemic.

All you need to do, is to restrategise. Have a plan B, if plan B doesn't work, there are still other letters from the English alphabet.

Challenges will make you better. They are temporary. Don't be defeated by that.

No matter what you are passing through right now, have it in mind that it is temporary and you will overcome it.

Don't close that beautiful school because it is not working now. Things will get back to normal.

My advice is this, go to your office or a quiet place, tell yourself the truth. Check your leadership style, your team, your school's weaknesses, strengths and competitive advantage.

Know what's exciting people about your school. Know why they are withdrawing their kids from your school.

Don't sit and see things that are not working for you. No, sit and see positive things. Stop consuming negative thoughts. Stop listening to negative advice from people.

Surround yourself with positive people. Surround yourself with likeminded people. Do your homework. Score yourself and be a better version of yourself and school.

But, don't close that school because of a little setback. Your vision is bigger than even COVID 19.

Stay stronger, stay safe but, don't close that school. See you at the top but, don't close your school.

PMB Has Approved The Termination Of The Appointment Of Prof Charles Uwakwe As The Registrar Of NECO and Three Members.

The President also dismissed four members of the management for various offences bordering on financial impropriety.

Prof. Charles Uwakwe had been suspended since May 2018 by the Federal Government over alleged financial mismanagement and abuse of office.

Mr Abubakar Gana was appointed as the acting Registrar.

Uwakwe and some top officials allegedly awarded contracts in the council to the tune of N25billion without following the due process.

NECO in a release on Wednesday confirmed that the suspended registrar had been relieved of his appointment by the President, while four members of the management had also been dismissed.

The President’s directive was conveyed in a letter, dated May 11, and signed by the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Education, Sonny Echono, on behalf of the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, which said Uwakwe was accused of violating the Public Procurement Act (2007) and pursuant to PSR 030402 and Part 1 schedule 4 (i) of NECO Establishment Act.

Echono said, “After due consideration of the investigative panel on the allegation of unsatisfactory conduct levelled against you and some management staff of the council, Mr. President in exercise of his powers, has approved your removal as the Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of National Examinations Council with effect from the date of your suspension from duty.”

The former Registrar was also directed to hand over all the government property in his custody to the acting Registrar.

In another letter, FME/S/1419/C.3/T/98, on May 11, by the Permanent Secretary, the President approved the dismissal from service of four Management workers.

The letter partly reads, “After due consideration of the Financial Report of the Review Committee, Mr. President has approved the recommendations as follows; Bamidele Olure, dismissal from the service with effect from the date of his suspension from office having been found guilty of financial impropriety and not qualified to Head the Finance and Accounts Department.

“Dr. Shina Adetona was dismissed from service with effect from the date he was suspended from office for acts tantamount to fraudulent practices, sabotage and suppression of official records.”

Lukas Podolski backs Arsenal to complete new signings with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang money.

Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang continues to be linked with a move away from north London.
Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been backed to complete a "dream" move to Real Madrid by former Gunners star Lukas Podolski. Germany legend Podolski understands why Aubameyang would want to move to a club like Real but thinks Arsenal can use the money they bring in for the 30-year-old to help replenish their squad.
Aubameyang is Arsenal's leading goalscorer this season with 20 goals - double the amount of the second-leading scorer in Gabriel Martinelli.

The Gabon international, who was made captain midway through the season, is heavily linked with a move away from the Club.

Aubameyang's contract at Arsenal expires in the summer of 2021 and he would be free to talk to foreign clubs next January over a potential free transfer like Ramsey did which Arsenal will not allow such thing to repeat itself.

He says they must look at the positives of having more money available to sign new talent.

"When you have a fantastic season like he had, many clubs are interested," Podolski told Sky Sports.

"When a player has a wish to play for a big team or a dream to play in Italy or Spain, or like Aubameyang and his link with Real Madrid...

"If he has a dream to play for this club when he's young, then why not?

"As a player, you have to take this chance to play for a club like that.

"Of course for Arsenal, it'll be a big loss if they have to sell him but this is the business of football.

"My opinion is you lose a big player, he had a fantastic season with a good scoring record, but you can make money on a player, sell him and you can invest in new players.

"For a player like me or Aubameyang, when a big club is calling, you always want to have this dream."

Arsenal transfer news: Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is heavily linked with a move away from the Gunners (Image: GETTY)Podolski has also spoken of former club and international team-mate Mesut Ozil , who he insists can thrive under Mikel Arteta .
"There is no discussion for me, he is a great player," Podolski said.

"Sometimes there is a problem with a coach or there could be an injury, things that happen in football and you have to deal with this situation sometimes.

"I think it's a better fit than before (Ozil and Arteta). They have played together and know each other.

"Ozil is back on the pitch and the games I have seen he is doing much better than with the former coach.

"Sometimes you have a coach and you can not deal with him. He can have a different view of football.

"Arteta is back at Arsenal and you see the team is much more organised, more fight and discipline.

"I hope they can build a good team for the next couple of years. They can do it but they have to work together."
